Production Description:
20W ULTRA HIGH PERFORMANCE: Using the most stable 20W laser module with high optical power currently. The latest coupling technology of four second-generation fibre encapsulated 6W lasers with high performance and long optical waist can cut 18 mm Paulownia wood panels, 10 mm black acrylic plates, 15 mm lime plywood, 5 mm MDF and 5-layer laser-specific vinyl, and even cut a 0.05 mm thick stainless steel piece at once. It also features a fixed focus design and can focus quickly and accurately in 10 seconds.
Second Generation Blue Light Laser Packaging Process:The A24Pro laser adopts the second generation fiber compression packaging process. The fiber bundle compresses the laser, further compressing the laser point size and significantly improving cutting ability. It also improves the heat dissipation efficiency of high-performance lasers and extends the life of the laser.
Upgraded Compressed Point Coupling Technology The ultra-fine laser focus range has been reduced to 0.06*0.06mm. The high density laser can easily cut 20mm thick plywood and 30mm thick black acrylic. Can engrave mirror metal made of stainless steel, ceramic, glass directly, engraving and cutting speed. It is 40% higher than the ordinary model and the extreme cutting effect is comparable to that of a 300W CO₂ laser engraving machine.

Tank Chain Bundling & New Clog Free Laser To make the machine structure more stable, Atomstack A24 Pro uses a solution for bundling the tank chain wires. The wiring harness runs smoothly without tangling, and improves the life of the cable. The new A20 laser has an integrated, tool-free focusing module and a double-layer wind guard cover, which ensures long-term use without clogging or contamination of the lens, significantly extending the life of the laser.
